Technical Overview
This project involved the identification of land and conducting land suitability analysis for housing development, agriculture/farming and other landuses for the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) from the Uranium Mine Project in Siavonga. Three communities were affected and the project involved designing alternative settlement areas, housing and all support services. Our team provided land suitability maps, subdivision layouts, and coordinated with local authorities for planning permission to ensure a seamless development process for the client.
