1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Trending Group for services including land surveying, GIS mapping, subdivision planning, environmental compliance, or infrastructure feasibility studies, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Services are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed proposal, quotation, or written contract. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate land ownership and project information.
• Grant site access when required for surveying activities.
• Ensure timely communication and approval of submitted documents.
• Settle payments according to agreed schedules.

4. Payments & Fees

A deposit may be required before project commencement. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received. Government and regulatory fees paid on behalf of the client are separate from professional service fees.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, regulatory approvals, government processing times, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trending Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the total service fees paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All survey data, maps, GIS files, and technical reports remain the intellectual property of Trending Group until full payment has been received.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project documentation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
