• 1. Nature of Services

  Trending Group provides professional consulting services including land surveying, GIS mapping, subdivision planning, environmental compliance, and infrastructure feasibility studies. As these are professional services (not physical products), traditional returns do not apply.

  2. Service Cancellations

  Clients may request cancellation before project work has commenced. If work has already begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and fees will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.

  3. Deposit & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are required to secure project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Deposits may be partially refundable if cancellation occurs before fieldwork or documentation begins.
  • Once surveying, site visits, GIS processing, or regulatory submissions have commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Government or regulatory fees paid on behalf of clients are non-refundable.

  4. Project Revisions

  Reasonable revisions related to technical corrections may be provided at no additional charge within the agreed project scope. Significant scope changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.

  5. Delays & External Factors

  Trending Group is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, regulatory bodies, weather conditions, or third-party approvals. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

  6. Dispute Resolution

  In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through professional discussion and negotiation before pursuing legal action under the laws of Zambia.
