Land is a dynamic and scarce resource which requires Professional Planning. • Site/Layout Planning: We prepare Site Plans/Land Use Plans or Subdivision Plans for Residential, Commercial, or mixed-use developments which meet statutory and regulatory standards
• Local Area Plans (LAPs): We support institutions, Chiefs or organizations in preparing participatory LAPs that are finance ready,  implementable and responsive to the client or community needs
• Change of Land Use: We understand land dynamics and prepare reports to support changes in land use and plans for approval by Authorities to support future developments
• Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs): We support large scale developments by developing Resettlement Action Plans that meet both local and international best practices and standards for Project Affected Persons (PAPs) or communities.
• ESIAs: We conduct environmental and social studies that support large scale developments to ensure projects not only comply with the legal and statutory standards but are also sustainable while providing value for our clients
